Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active queenplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without notice and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
queenplay operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations consistent with PAGCOR requirements. Before any withdrawal is processed, players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie for identity confirmation. queenplay may request additional documentation at any time where regulatory compliance requires it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. queenplay will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to queenplay immediately. queenplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
queenplay currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following methods in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All accounts and transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso. queenplay does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits are credited to the player's balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within seconds for GCash and PayMaya transactions.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days for accounts that have completed KYC verification. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operating hours. queenplay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
Any deposit or transaction identified as fraudulent, unauthorized, charged back, or otherwise invalid will result in the reversal of associated credits and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Players are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited are legitimately owned by them.
Note: queenplay does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own standard transaction fees. queenplay has no control over third-party payment provider charges.
queenplay may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
All games offered on the queenplay Platform — including slot machines, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
queenplay uses certified game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments with full video transparency. queenplay does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG-driven game.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, queenplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund applicable stakes. Winnings derived from a technical error will not be paid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the queenplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:
All content on the queenplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of queenplay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or published without the prior written consent of queenplay.
The queenplay name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any queenplay trademark or brand asset is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, queenplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
queenplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
queenplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. queenplay will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
queenplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account closure for cause, queenplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where closure is due to queenplay's business decision or regulatory change rather than player breach, any confirmed real-money balance (net of bonus credits) will be returned to the player.

queenplay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that players review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.
